Give Back: Heart Research UK
As part of our monthly Charity give back to the local community, International Tyres and Trading selected Birmingham Heart Research UK Midlands to be our chosen charity for February.
Working with Fundraising Officers, John & Joanne, we developed a campaign to donate a portion of our sales from Friday 9th February to be collected and donated to this very worthwhile cause.
It is estimated that 310,000 people are living with cardiovascular disease in the West Midlands, increasing to 7 million across the UK.
The projects funded by Heart Research UK have contributed to a 50% decrease in deaths from cardiovascular disease in the UK over the last 15 years.
