Local Customer Day at Head Office


On Thursday 12th October, International Tyres hosted its first Local Customer Day. Attendees were treated to a talk on Wheel Safety from Phil Thirsk (Leading Edge), with representatives from Rima TipTop and Checkpoint also in attendance. The content was very well received and there were some fantastic conversations throughout the day.

The big message of the day: This business was founded in 1990. It was renowned back then for the support and commitment it afforded its customers. We must lean into those fundamentals and prove business benefits from our unique offering in an ultra-competitive environment. We are developing some great partnerships and solutions that will ultimately help add value to our own customer relationships.

One of those solutions – our Local Collection Model (6am-6pm weekday and 8.30-11am Saturday) – is now proving to assist vehicle uptime and fleet policy fitment within a 100 mile radius of our premises in Rowley Regis. With 50k tyres on the shelf (1200 unique products) and the ability to order via our mobile app, online shop or contact us below, International Tyres are well placed to support our tyre dealers with their customers.
